Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of odooengineering.com and the services provided by Odoo Engineering, a practice of EVH Consulting, Inc. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide Odoo module development, Odoo Store modules, version migrations (v12 through v19), AI integration, implementation consulting, and ongoing support. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a written quote or statement of work.

90-Day Warranty

Every module and custom project includes a 90-day bug-fix warranty from delivery. If covered code does not perform as specified, we will fix it at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover changes caused by Odoo core upgrades, third-party modules, or modifications made by others.

Licensing & Ownership

Odoo Store modules are licensed under the terms published with each module. For custom development, ownership of the delivered custom code transfers to you upon full payment, excluding our pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks, which remain ours.

Payment

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in your quote. Invoices are due as stated on each invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
