90-Day Bug-Fix Warranty
Every Odoo module we publish and every custom project we deliver includes a 90-day bug-fix warranty from the date of purchase or delivery. If something doesn't work as documented, we fix it — no extra charge, no hoops to jump through.
Simply email bugs@odooengineering.com with a description of the issue and your module or project name. Our engineering team will triage and resolve it.
